Littles (6 Months- Preschool)

Our heart is to give the top of the line care and most incredible experience for both children, as well as, the parents. We believe that a relationship with Jesus can begin at an early age. During your infant, toddler, and preschool time in FLCKids we will start with repetitive Bible verses and simple Bible songs to build their Biblical foundation with the Lord. As infants grow to toddlers and toddlers grow to preschoolers, the lessons get more complex and grow with them!

Elementary (Kinder- 5th grade]

Beginning in the Littles Class, we will teach the children basic Bible stories and have interactive activities to reiterate God’s amazing love and grace for them. Our main objective for this age is know that they can have a relationship with God, our Heavenly Father, and that He loves them very much. This develops into a deeper understanding of the Bible, prayer, worship, and community as the kids enter into the larger classroom of Elementary! We engage them with games, crafts, videos, teaching, and hands on training where THEY get to pray and lead!

Worship and Prayer

We believe the Kingdom of Heaven belong to the children of God. Our children get to be our examples in worship and prayer. One of the ways they do this is joining us in the sanctuary for a family-style worship before leaving to their classrooms (Littles class has the option of starting straight in class). During class time, our kids of ALL ages will pray together and for each other each week in a powerful time where children are the ones leading.

Will my child be safe?

ABSOLUTELY, all FLC Kids volunteers are background checked and screened before they are able to serve. We also have security personnel who monitor the entire campus.

What if my child has been sick during the week?

Your child must be fever free and symptom free for at least 24 hours prior to attending a weekend service.

How do you communicate with parents?

We communicate weekly with parents after the service they attend about what was taught in class and how to engage more with the lesson and child at home. You can also email or call the church office and speak to our Kids Director Celina Sarandos about all things kids!

Is my child with Special Needs welcomed?

Absolutely, Jesus says in Matthew 18: 5 “And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.” We want to welcome anyone and everyone the way Jesus does. As we get to know you and your family, we will customize a plan that works best for your child and then pair a dedicated and caring buddy with them or have a teen assistant give them the care and attention they need to thrive in our environment!

How and Where do I check my child in?

Once you arrive on FLC campus, you will bring your child to the main building (the Chapel). When you enter the main entrance, you will find a check-in team who is ready to greet you, gather your information for registration, print your child’s name tag and your parent pick up tag and guide you to your child’s classroom. Elementary will then attend worship in the sanctuary before going to class and Littles  can go directly to their class. Any questions you may have, they will be glad and honored to assist you.
